Thriller Movie Conventions - The Box

• The first thing that people get attracted to is the actors (usually the Protagonist in thrillers) in movies. The designer of this poster is clearly trying to implement it by putting a famous actor known for her thriller movies dominating the poster. 
• The male in the inset has no facial features showing the movie to having people with no identification which will thrill to watch.
• The tagline is witty, stating that 'you are only a experiment' this will leave people on edge and will promote the movie as it's a cliffhanger.
• The pink line running down the middle is eye catchy and could maybe mean the line between good and evil.
• The name of the cast member may also be a tool to attract people as she acts in many othe movies in this genre.
