- Most of the thriller films (with exception to 007) have young people to attract a wider audience.
- The main protagonist of the film usually goes to a male.
- Voice overs are very common in the Thriller genre.
- There is usually a battle between the protagonist and the antagonist
- Low key lighting
- changes in the angle of shots
- montage of shots
- Quick cuts
- Antagonist will nearly always have a hidden identity as it disorientates the audience.
- All thrillers lead to a climax and then abruptly stop to keep the audience on edge and make them go watch the movie.
- The actors names are usually at the end of the trailer in block letters.

Thriller Trailer Analysis Conclusion
After looking at three Thriller trailers in depth I have discovered the following conventions. These convention that I have discovered will help me make my teaser trailer as authentic as possible when the time comes.
